Elizabeth Prather is a Mindfulness Consultant and Mentor who works in the area of stress and burnout with high achieving leaders. She brings together ancient wisdom, neuroscience, and positive psychology to help clients find focus, calm, joy, purpose, and resilience in order to not just survive, but thrive in our modern world.
Elizabeth has twenty years of corporate leadership experience, including as a Vice President in a healthcare management company. As a corporate executive, stress led to burnout, which led to meditation, and a deep interest in the inner wisdom practices. After quitting corporate America, Elizabeth worked in the non-profit and travel industries incorporating meditation into her life and, for many years, dividing her time between work and immersion in meditation training and retreats.
Then, in 2012, she completed a three-year silent meditation retreat in the high desert of Arizona. Since 2013, in addition to working with individuals one-on-one and in small groups, Elizabeth offers mindful leadership, employee engagement, and resilience programs for organizations.
